As a photographer, I've seen some of the changes they have made over the past few seasons (and are continuing to make) to make it better for future brides & grooms. The stafff is also absolutely fantastic and made everything so easy & seamless. ng is very picturesque and the wedding photos turned out fantastic. Jorgensen Farms: Historic Barn & Oak Grove | Reception Venues If you book with them you are assigned one of their wedding coordinators. Our wedding coordinator, Leah, was there for us every step of the way. Val is a true angel and Heather is so helpful. It feels both modern and rustic and the use of indoor/outdoor space is why we ultimately chose to book. If you want the perfect setting that is unique, beautiful and so accommodating, I highly recommend! We couldn't be happier with our choice to have our wedding day at Jorgensen's Historic Barn. Jorgensen Farms: The Gardens & Oak Grove features an onsite event planning team to help you get the most out of the venue. Jorgensen Farm is NOT a run-of-the-mill venue-- it's truly memorable. Cori Schweikert was their wedding coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly. There were some miscommunications when it came to covid within the contract, which I think we weren't completely clear with (could have totally been our fault for not reading carefully enough so be sure to do that), but they were willing to chat and hash out any confusion and did their best to work with us given the limitations and I think they did a great job handling that. The florist, caterer, DJ and photographer found Val's team to be easy to work with and flexible. Wedding Wire The Knot. It was a dream. My husband and I were very satisfied with the end result. The Historic Barn offers two beautiful patios, perfect for cocktail hour and sunset views. We had our wedding at Oak Grove (the smaller of the two sections, with the greenhouse) and it exceeded our expectations by far! We chose the turkey barn not only because it was cute & fit perfectly with out theme, but also because the ground was wet in the back field--remember to account for weather being that this is a primarily outdoor venue! Perfect for ceremonies and receptions, Rich Farms boasts beautiful event spaces all in one location. I liked that the bar was also in a different room than where we ate and danced. :)) We had close to 200 guests, so we added a tent to the barn and we comfortably fit all guests & a dance floor. She is so sweet and helped me not freak out :)
Jorgensen Farms Wedding. One of my family friends helped us with coordinating on the day of and she said that although there were 4 staff members assigned to my wedding, they were hard to find during the reception.

They were on top of the set-up, schedule, and even at the end of the night asked the guests how they enjoyed themselves. Our schedule of events was rearranged because of the rain but once again it was our bridal party that figured everything out. I had to reach out to set up the initial meeting and also the week of the wedding to see what else was needed from us (like guest counts and layout, which we hadnt provided yet).
